Former Resident Has Succumbed
Lilbern Garl Quinn, better known as "Sonny Quinn," age 68, died Sunday at his home in California following a major operation, according to notice received by relatives in this city.
Mr. Quinn was a former resident of this city, working for many years with L. J. Drummond at the "old boiler works." Mrs. Eva Connor, of this city, is a niece, and Rex Daugherty, also of this city, is a nephew of the deceased man.
His parents were Robert and Almeda Quinn, and resided at 847 North 12th street for many years.
Other survivors include his widow, Mrs. Rose Quinn; one daughter, Mrs. Edna Harmon, of Mansfield, Ohio; three sons, Tunis Quinn, of Gary, Carroll Quinn, of Florida, and Robert Quinn, of Mansfield, Ohio; and one sister, Mrs. Maude Butler, of Pennville.
Burial was made in California.
