Mr. Allum was born May 7, 1933 in Choteau, Montana to the late Elmer and Ada (Byler) Allum. He served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as Master Sergeant in the Bomb Disposal Special Forces Unit. Mr. Allum also retired from the U.S. Postal Service, where he served as Postmaster in Deer Park, Washington.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Joyce Allum of Livingston; daughters, Kenna Davies of Spokane, Washington and Peggy Baden of Houston; sons, Terry Allum of Livingston and Alan Allum of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, Lisa Stout of Spring; stepson, Steven Michka of Livingston; 18 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
