MESA – Melvon J. Lemmons, 66, a retired foreman for the Illinois Power Co., died yesterday in a Mesa hospital. He had moved here from Illinois in 1960, and resided at 2114 E. Alpine Circle.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale. Burial will be in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the mortuary from 7 to 9 p.m. today, and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
Mr. Lemmons is survived by his wife, Lela Mae; a daughter, Mrs. A. J. Thompson in Indiana; three brothers and three sisters out of state; and two grandchildren.
