Obituary - Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Helen Allen Luce, 58, died Oct. 15, 1991 in Alta Loma, Calif.
Born May 21, 1933 in Escalante, Utah to Ephraim "Rex" and Eva McInelly Allen.
Married Robert Eugene Luce in Ely, Nevada Sept. 9, 1957; marriage later solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple.
She was a member of the LDS Church, and a graduate of Escalante High School, where she was Homecoming Queen. She loved to read, had a zest for life and a wonderful sense of humor. She centered her life around her family.
Survived by husband, Robert; children, Robert E. Luce, Jr., Alta Loma, Calif.; Jerry Lynn Luce and Camille Sue Luce, Rancho Cucamanga, Calif.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers and sister, Eunice A. Groves, South Jordan; Ira Hanks Allen, Draper, Keith Tad Allen, South Jordan; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services Friday, October 25, 11 a.m., in the Jordan River 7th Ward, 1570 West 11400 South. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Thursday 6-8 p.m. and at the ward on Friday 10-10:45 a.m. Burial, Elysian Gardens.
