Marvin passed away on June 15, 2018 in Dallas.
He was born November 30, 1921 in Murchison to Willie Calhoun Adair and Winnie Slayton.
Marvin was a World War II veteran, serving on an aircraft carrier in 1942. He married his wife, Flora, on June 22, 1940. He was a member of the Teamster’s Union and a masonic lodge. Marvin was a good, decent human being and was a stickler on honesty. When he spoke, you knew it was the truth. Marvin was responsible, reliable, dependable, and a hard worker.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Flora Adair; brother, Herbert Adair; and brother, Harvey Adair. Marvin is survived by his daughter, Barbara Beezley; son, Jerry Wayne Adair; son, Floyd Adair; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
