Obituary

Frederick M. Eschner, 17, of 1014 E. 32nd Street, died early Saturday morning when the car he was riding in crashed into a light pole and building at 1407 Puyallup Avenue. He was DOA at St Joseph Hospital.

Fred was born in Tacoma and had lived here all his life. He was a senior at Lincoln High School and was active in Key Club and had served as student assistant in the science department. He had also attained a high scholastic average.

He was a member of DeMolay and Bethelhem Lutheran Church where he was a member of the choir.

Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Eschner; a sister, Linda McNairy, of the home; two brothers, Gerald Eschner and Roy McNairy, both of the home; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Cressor, of St. Petersburn, Flordia.

Funeral service was Friday, November 26, 1965, 11:00am at Bethelehem Lutheran Church. Rev. John Gilmore. Interment of Fred's ashes was at Mt. View Memorial Park. Under the direction of Lynn Funeral Home.
