Tacoma Youth, 17, Dies Suddently
Michael J. DeSordi, 17, of 1110 E. 34th Street, died suddently Sunday in a local hospital from injuries he received in an automoble accident.
Mike was born in Tacoma Washington and attended Gault Junior High School. He just completed his junior year at Lincoln High School. He was a member of Scared Heart Catholic Church.
Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph P. DeSordi, Sr; two brothers, Joseph and Charles; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Kennedy and Miss Patricia DeSordi, all of Tacoma; his grandmother, Mrs. Louise Lind, of Vancouver, Washington; and his grandfather, Peter DeSordi of Tenino.
Services will be announced by Gaffney Funeral Home.

A Funeral Mass of Christian burial was held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday June 23, 1965, in the Sacred Heart Church for Michael. Interment following the Mass was at Calvary Cemetery and Mausoleum located 5212 70th St. W. Tacoma, Washington.
