GREENSBORO Anthony J. Adolfi, age 86, of Greensboro, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 2 p.m., Friday, July 13, 2018, at St. Benedict's Catholic Church. Interment will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:30 until 1:30 p.m., Friday, July 13 at Forbis & Dick N. Elm Chapel. Anthony Adolfi was born December 15, 1931, in Rome, NY to the late Adolfo and Maria Adolfi. Mr. Adolfi served his country in the U.S. Air Force; he also served one term in the Indiana State House of Representatives. Anthony worked for Ciba-Geigy in public relations and went on to form his own marketing firm, Adolfi Marketing. He is survived by his children Suzanne Deilus (Robert), Deborah Sawyer (Wendell), and Anthony J. Adolfi Jr., his sister Katherine Retrosi, seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Adolfi. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Joseph's House, 640 Buck Run Road, East Fallowfield, PA 19320.
