Warren G. Aasen, of Colfax, WI was 85 years of age when he passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018, at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital, in Eau Claire, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Arnold Aasen.

Warren was the son of Helmer and Dagny (Magnusson) Aasen in Berlin, N.H. He lived most of his life on a farm in Albertville, WI; he was a 1951 graduate of Chippewa Falls High School. Warren admirably served in the U.S. Marines from 1952-1955. He worked hard as a dairy farmer, a set-up man at Presto Industries in Eau Claire and responsible in a demanding position at Sanna Dairy in Menomonie.

Warren loved history, meteorology, reading, old movies and serials. He was a very kind man, great with animals, especially to his pet cat, Clara, who lived 30 years.

Warren was a wonderful brother to Franklin. They lived together for over 40 years sharing a rural, simple life among nature. He will be thoroughly missed by anyone who knew him.
