His name is found as Drury/Drewry Pinkney Reeves in the 1850, 1860 and 1870 census. Then in the 1880 Madison County, Arkansas, census, he is listed as Robert Reeves, with wife, Isabelle, and same children. The obituary of one of his sons lists his father's name as Robert Levi and his mother's name as Elizabeth GOAD Reeves. His tombstone is inscribed with "D. P. Reeves", so I'm not sure where the Robert Levi came from.

He was the s/o Drury and Mary Elizabeth _____ Reeves . He married Isabelle 'Ibbie' Goad in 1848 in Madison Co., AR. (some people list her as Elizabeth Isabelle Goad). Together they were the parents of, Martha Marlette, Albert 'Bud", Almeda Jane, Cordelia Isabella, Charles Pinkney, Mary Louise, Richard Z., Susan June, Rosita and Louisiana A.
