Max was a graduate of Haywood High School, after high school he joined the military and served his country in the United States Navy. He was a car salesman at King Cotton Ford in Covington, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Max Jackson and Terrance Boyd Colborn and a brother-in-law, Toby Jackson.
He is survived by one son, Brandon Boyd Jackson (Robin), Newbern, TN, his aunt, Gail S. Johnson (Marvin), Covington, TN, two sisters, Deborah Wagner (Mark), Jackson, TN and Lisa Jackson, Lafayette, LA and two grandchildren, Christian Jackson and Allyson Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tipton County Humane Society, 825 Quito Drummonds Rd., Drummonds, TN 38023 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101.
