Barbara passed away at the Butterfly Wing in Baton Rouge on July 2, 2018 at 11:26 a.m., at the age of 82.

She was native of Livonia and resident of Grosse Tete. Barbara was a homemaker and caregiver to her daughter Stephanie. Barbara believed that cleanliness was next to Godliness, and it showed by her having the cleanest house on the Bayou. She loved her family unconditionally, and that love was shown through cooking and feeding her family. Barbara is survived by her two children, Pamela Angelloz Haynie and Stephanie Angelloz Brand, both of Grosse Tete; three siblings, Melvin Bouy of Livonia, Norma Jean Barrow of Baton Rouge, Daryl Bouy of Gonzales; grandchildren, Anne Haynie Elidemir and husband Dr. Okan, Blair Haynie David and husband Brad, Marie “Anais” Brand Anzaldua and husband Nick; great-grandchildren, Brant, Tess, Bubbie, JoAnna, Nixon, and Maria.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony “Bubby” Angelloz; parents, Preston and Laura Canezaro Bouy; son-in-law, Lawrence McRae Haynie III; brother-in-law, Everett Barrow.

Barbara was an active member of the Lions Club in Grosse Tete, Altar Society and Catholic Daughters at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

The family would like to thank Vicki Rigsby, Medric Smith, Jeannie David and Family, Jim and Keith Bossier, Neal and Vicki Boudreaux and Grosse Tete Lions Club for their love, care, and devotion to Barbara and her family throughout the years.
