ALBERT COLUMBUS – Albert E. Columbus, 78, of Sebastian, died unexpectedly Feb. 5, 2000, at Sebastian River Medical Center.
He was born Jan 31, 1922, in Gardner, Mass., and had moved to Sebastian 2 years ago from Boynton Beach.
Mr. Columbus worked as a special agent and broker for New York Life Insurance. In 1955 he began his own business, Columbus Home Improvements Co.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, two sons, three daughters and five grandchildren.
