Patricia Lee Jordan passed away on Monday evening, June 25th, 2018 in Pueblo West, Colorado. On January 20, 1929.
Patricia Lee Olson was born to Wilbert "Bill" Charles and Mabel Lucy Olson in Pueblo, Colorado. Patricia, also known by her friends and family as Patty or Pat, was the oldest of four daughters born to Bill and Mabel. Patty graduated high school on June 6, 1947 from Central High School in Pueblo. She got engaged to her best friend, Kenneth Jordan in June of 1947. The two were married on June 9, 1948 at Lake Avenue Baptist Church.
Patty worked for Mt. States Telephone and Telegraph Co. after she graduated from high school. She and Ken both retired from Gates Rubber company. After retirement they moved to their home in Pitkin, CO, where they lived for as long as their health would allow. Patty loved to crochet, and made many dishcloths for her family and friends. She also loved cooking and spicy foods. She enjoyed scrapbooking.
Patty is preceded in death by her best friend of 77 years and husband of 68 years, Kenneth "Kenney" Jordan; her parents, Wilbert "Bill" Charles and Mabel Lucy Olson; her sisters, Joann Rohr and Kay Brocker; her daughter-in-law, Debbie Jordan; granddaughter, Nikki Johnson; and great-grandson, Caleb Johnson. She is survived by daughters, Wendy Sue (Donald) Masten, Judith "Judy" Elaine (Chuck) Fuller, Patricia "Kirky" (Steve) Hill; and son, Kenney Jim (Jackie) Jordan; grandchildren, Lance (Libby), Shelly, Julie (Josh), Todd (Lorie), Jill (Jason), Kimberley (Alex), Heather (Eric), Steven (Shannon), Kendra, Julia, Shane (Erin); 29 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; a sister, Jeanie Witt; and other loving family and friends.
A Visitation will be held beginning at 9:00 am on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. A Funeral Service for Patricia will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, immediately followed by a Committal Service in the cemetery.
