Henry Harman Dies Unexpectedly At Hospital Monday
Henry Harman, 44, resident of Magna and Utah Copper Company employee for twenty three years, died in St. Mark's Hospital Monday at 1:30 p.m. following a brief illness of stomach ulcers. Mr. Harman's death came as a great surprise and shock to his family and friends.
He was born January 24, 1893 in Granger, a son of Charles Benjamin and Annie Eliza Boulton Harman. He had been employed as a boiler-maker for the Utah Copper Company.
Surviving are his parents, his widow, Florence Hansen Harman; 10 sons and daughters, Irene, Verl, Ted, Dorothy, LaRue, Laraine, Floyd, Robert Flynn and Carol Harman; six brothers, Charles, Roy, Clifford and Ferris Harman, Salt Lake; Leonard Harman, Granger and Lloyd V. Harman, Pottstown, Pa., and five sisters, Mrs. J. A. Larson, Oakland, Calif.; Mrs. J. D. Williamson, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. M. A. Merrick, Hollywood, Calif.; Mrs. Glen K. Haynes, Salt Lake City and Mrs. Thomas Nocolo, Magna.
Mr. Harman was well known in this vicinity and was regarded for his sincerity and faithful performance of duties. He as a good father. HIs passing is to be deeply regretted.
