In the 1920 Federal census, Ralph Minges (age 19) was living with his parents Richard (age 47) and Laura (age 45) Minges and siblings Leonard (age 16) and Willard (age 13)in Arvada, Jefferson County, Colorado.

Richard, a farmer, was born in Ohio, all other family members were born in Colorado.

In the 1930 Federal census, Ralph Minges (age 29), his wife Signa (age 29) and infant daughter Nona were living in Butte, Silver Bow County, Montana. Ralph was a sampler in a copper mine. Signa was born in Minnesota; Nona in Montana.

RALPH MINGES, 94, of Arvada died Feb. 18. Services were Feb. 22 at Crown Hill Mortuary, with burial at Arvada Cemetery. Mr. Minges was born Dec. 4, 1900, in Denver. He married Signa Julie Brandon on Jan. 1, 1927, in Missoula, Mont. He worked for the U.S. Forest Service for more than 30 years. He was a member of Sigma Xi. Survivors include two sons, Donald of Golden and Merrill of Dayton, Ohio; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Contributions: Denver Dumb Friends League, 2080 S. Quebec St., Denver 80231.
