Charles Warner Busick was the 12th of 13 children born to Samuel Busick and Matilda Cook. He registered for the draft for WWI and WWII but did not serve.

He married Minnie May Holston Allen on February 28, 1911 in Franklin County, Ohio. It was the second marriage for both of them. He had been widowed; she had been divorced from Henry Allen. He was a sheet metal worker living in Camp Chase, Ohio; she had no occupation.

Minnie and Charles had 3 children together. Anna May was born October 20, 1912 and died in Salt Lake City, Utah of chronic pancreatitis at age 19. Two other children died at birth, Alberta in 1913, and Howard Warner Busick in 1919.

Died of pneumonia at Alumcrest Hospital.
Edward Busick, his brother, was informant for death certificate.
Charles was not in the U.S. Armed Forces.

An autopsy was performed.
Burial was on November 1, 1952 at Alton Cemetery.
