A. Carolyn Forney, 95, passed quietly from this life, on Monday, June 25, 2018, in Manor Care Health System in Camp Hill. Born in Harrisburg, the daughter of William and Freda (Gibson) Staub, she had lived in Enhaut for many years before moving to York Haven several years ago. Carolyn was employed as an Office Assistant by the Keim Dental Office in Enhaut for 40 years before retiring many years ago. She was a member of the Swatara Church of God and their Diamond Diners group and she loved to keep a journal of life events.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her two husbands, Sterlen Sheaffer and Irvin Forney; a daughter, Carolyn Joyce Reigle; brothers, Francis Staub and Robert Staub and a sister, Maryann Brader. Survivors include a grandson, Eric S. Dunant; great grandchildren, Lauren Miller, Marvin Gingerich Jr. and Nathan Gingerich; and great great grandchildren, Braxton Gingerich and Adrianna Gingerich.

A Graveside Service will be celebrated in Churchville Cemetery, Oberlin, on Friday, June 29, at 1pm. Arrangements entrusted to Hall & Stone Funeral Home, Steelton.
