Born July 7, 1940 in Flushing, Long Island, New York to Marjean Van Orman and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Barbara, known by her friends as "Bobbie" will be remembered as a strong, loving, kind and gracious wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed gardening, interior decorating and spending time with her family, whether at home, camping in her RV, sightseeing or off on a fun excursion. She was funny and quirky with an unmistakable laugh and was always ready to help when needed.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 58 years, Eugene Keel, her 4 children, Mashelle Keel, Laurie Keel-Rubi, Wesley Keel and Cindy Keel-White, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A private family service was held at the Paradise Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
