Funeral services for Preston Henry Sr, 58, will be held at Whitson Funeral Home Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Mr Henry, a native of Cookeville, died Tuesday in Rensselaer, Indiana following a long illness. He had made his home in Indiana for the past 11 years. He was a retired road construction supervisor, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
The body will arrive in Cookeville Saturday at 12:30; burial will be in Sand Springs cemetery.
Survivors include 3 sons, Preston Henry Jr, Butler, NJ, William Henry, Rensselaer, Indiana; Arnold Henry of the Armed Forces; one daughter, Mrs Patricia Nemeth, South Bend, Ind; 6 brothers, Carl, Terrence, and E C Henry, Rensselaer, Ind; Dallas Henry, Rose Lawn, Ind; Benton Henry, Crawfordville, Ind; Buford Henry, Sparta, Tn; 8 sisters, Pearl Weaver, Sadie Daugherty and Anna Mae Phares, Rensselaer, Ind; Julia Warren, Sherrerville, Ind; Ada Farley, Detroit, Mi; Emily Day, Mary Mackie and Hattie Polston, Sparta, Tn.
