Olene Virginia Baker, 72, of Owens Cross Roads, died Sunday at her home.
She is survived by her husband, James Allen Baker; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rita Faye and Bill Mahan and Donna Kay and Sammy Baker, all of Lacey's Springs; four sons and daughters-in-law, James "Smiley" and Gale Baker, Steve and Rita Baker, Danny and Jerry Baker, all of New Hope, and Marty and Beula Baker of Cookeville, TN; two sisters, Jimmie Evens of Bryant and Dolly Dykel of Ohio; two brothers, Junior Ledbetter of Illinois and Murphy Ledbetter of Bryant; 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by New Hope Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday with Bro. Lavon Stone officiating. Interment will be in Baker Cemetery.
