Jo Ann Bryant Love, 84, of Grandview passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. Jo Ann was born October 23, 1933, in Venus, TX to Cecil and Grace Bryant. She graduated from North Side High School in Ft Worth in 1951, and North Texas State College in Denton, TX in 1955. Jo taught school in Seminole, TX, Lovington, NM, and Alvarado, TX. She and her husband, Neil, settled in Grandview in 1964. She retired from teaching early to work in the family business, Neil Love Ropes, as a bookkeeper and sales lady. She was well known in the elite pioneer circles of Grandview. Jo enjoyed bingo, genealogy, and cruises. She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law Roger Harris, son Mark Love, grandson Brandon Love, sister Gwen Watson, and husband Neil Love. She is survived by her daughter, Laurie Harris of Albuquerque, NM, daughter-in-law Lynda Donnelly of Grandview, grandchildren Kate Oddo and her husband Mike of Albuquerque, Russell Love and his wife Katie of Boerne, TX, Ethan Harris of Denver, CO, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and lots of friends.
