Church, Warsaw, ND. She grew up and attended school in Walshville Township near Minto, ND. She was employed at a restaurant in Grand Forks, ND for some time.
On November 12, 1947, Frances was united in
marriage to Peter Gerszewski at Warsaw, ND.
The couple farmed in Tamarac Township,
Marshall County, MN and in 1956, moved to
Newfolden, MN, where they farmed in Holt
Township. Frances also worked at Arctic
Enterprises, Thief River Falls, from 1969-
1978. She then began employment with Marvin Windows, Warroad, MN, from 1978-1980. Frances has lived the past few years at the Good Samaritan Society in Warren, MN.
Frances was a member of St. Bernards Catholic Church and the Ladies Guild.
Survived by son, Edward (Margaret Peggy), Bloomington, MN; daughter-in-law, Linda, St. Louis Park, MN; granddaughter, Sara; grandson, Michael; and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by parents; husband, Peter; son, Denis; grandson, Scott, and brother, Aloysius Slominski.
