James Clay Hamlin, 70, passed away May 11, 2018 at the Sylvia Hospice House in Marion County. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He worked on a Dairy farm, drove a dump truck and worked at Certified Grocers as a driver for over 25 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Glendora Hamlin.

He leaves behind his cherished wife, Julie, of over 45 years; his sons and daughter in laws, JC and Dawn Hamlin and Jeffrey and Julie Hamlin; his grandsons, Kyle and his wife, Brittney, Cannon, and Evan; his brother, Larry; sisters, Liz Dunn, Elaine and Steve Berkheimer, Debbie Halagen and their families; his brother and sister in-laws, Michael and Katie Proctor and Greg and Pattie Hill and all of their families.

There will be a graveside service at the Veterans Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, Friday June 22, 2018 at 1:30 PM
