The sweetest and most thoughtful of my mom’s cousins. Memories to be added later.

Esther E. Ettinger Nesley was born in June, 1933, and passed away in June, 2018. Her parents were John and Leona Ettinger of Allentown, and her siblings were John Ettinger and Nancy Ettinger Peters. Esther's children are Todd Nesley and Tami Nesley Cohen, whose spouses Laura and Bill loved her dearly.

Esther graduated from Allentown High School in 1951. She went on to attend Wheaton College in Illinois and West Chester Teacher's College in Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a BS. She spent many years teaching in the Allentown School District, and for a little while she taught in California.

The most important things to know about Esther are that she was an incredible mother and a true friend. Those who were lucky enough to have known her can attest to her caring, loyalty and generosity. She handled herself with strength, dignity, courage and grace through times good and bad, and she is already terribly missed. We love you, Mom.
