Mr. Wayne Thomas "Tommy" Bundick, II, 42, of Leemont, VA passed away at his residence on Wednesday, April 26, 2006. Born on March 8, 1964 in Eastman, GA, he was the son of Carole Northam Bundick Melson of Parksley, VA and the late Wayne Thomas Bundick. Tommy was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and Parksley Masonic Lodge #325 A.F. & A.M. He was an avid sports fan and his biggest hobby was collecting baseball cards since he was 10 years old. He graduated with a BS degree from Statesboro College in Millageville, GA and was a former employee of the Community Services Board as a computer technician. Other than his mother, Tommy is survived by a brother, Garrick Bundick and wife Sonya of Eastman; maternal grandfather, Robert P. "Bob" Northam of Parksley; a niece, Blakelyn Diana Bundick; a nephew, Brent Willis Bundick; step-father, Walter Edward Melson, Jr.; two great-aunts, Ruth Custis and Lorraine Satchell; two uncles, Larry and C.L. Bundick; and several cousins. Other than his father, he was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Thelma Louise Watson Northam, and paternal grandparents, Clinton Lee and Blanche Bundick. Funeral services conducted from the chapel of the Williams-Parksley Funeral Home, Friday, April 28, 2006 at 7:00 PM with the Rev. Matthew Nelson and the Rev. G. Wayne Parsley officiating. Masonic Rites will be conducted immediately following the service. A graveside service held at Orphans Cemetery in Eastman, GA on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central Accomack Little League, P.O. Box 486, Onancock, VA 23417. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at www.williamsfuneralhomes.com.
