No stone. By the Alfalfa County Cemeteries book, there is a Pauper Row where Mr. Bartlett is buried. Block C, 27, 6AJohn Wesley Bartlett died in Augusta township, near Carmen, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma. The township no longer exists. He was working for a livery company. He died of "malarial fever". He left a wife and four daughters. He has an obituary that says he was buried in Duel Cemetery, and another that says he was buried at Eagle Chief Cemetery. This is apparently confirmed by cemetery records.
