Because of her father's occupation the family moved often, but in the early 1950s they settled in Fairview, Oklahoma, where she completed high school. Shortly thereafter she moved to Minnesota and married Roger Stenlund; they had two daughters, Karri and Becky.
Beverly died peacefully surrounded by friends and family on June 13 after gracefully battling pancreatic cancer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Jeanie Martens and her half-sisters, Marjorie (Hubbard-Bertalot-Wilhite-Golden 1919-1996) and Rosalie (Edith Rosalie Hubbard-Young 1920-1973).
Survived by daughter Karri and husband Glenn Kampfer, granddaughters Angela Jacques, Nola Kampfer, Elana (Derek Bell) and Lela Kampfer (Jeremy Jacobs), great-grandchildren Tyler and Zander Jacques, and Giada, Brexlyn and Ella Jacobs;
daughter Becky Stenlund (Shawn Meyeraan) and grandsons Carter and Cole Stenlund Thorson.
Beverly was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by everyone.
The celebration of her life will take place at Shepherd of the Valley, Afton, Minnesota, (www.sov.church) Saturday, June 16 at 3 p.m.
