Jacqueline Nancy Popp, age 79, formerly of Kiel and a resident of New Holstein died Saturday morning, December 17, 2016 at Willowdale Nursing and Rehab Center, New Holstein.

She was born on March 7, 1937 in Kohler, daughter of the late Charles and Blanche (Derler) Popp.

Jackie attended schools in Elkhart Lake, Longfellow, Grant and was a graduate of Central High School with the class of 1953. She also attended college for two years.

She had two children; Anthony Reiter and Tamalyn Uhl, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She had worked as a Activity Supervisor in Activity Therapy at Sheboygan Rehab Center. She later worked as a private duty nurse for terminally ill patients and also worked several jobs in the Sheboygan area between patients.
Jackie shared a close relationship with God, praying daily. She had a sense of humor which she shared with friends, Tony and Colleen and the staff at Willowdale.

She was preceded in death by her daughter.

According to Jackie’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
Burial will take place in spring at Calvary Cemetery, Sheboygan.

Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Willowdale Nursing Home for the care and friendship the past few years.
