Born June 29, 1928, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Edward D. and Amy B. (Frock) Heiser.
Frank served in the U.S. Army in the late 1940s.
He was a welder.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his sister: Marion Chronister; and, his brother: Edward W. Heiser.
He was the husband of Louise Heiser.
Surviving are Frank's daughters: Brenda L. Heiser and Judy Myers, both of Hanover; his granddaughter; his three sisters: Virginia Reynolds and Anna Hood, both of Littlestown, and Betty Rice of East Berlin; and, his three brothers: John Heiser of Gettysburg, Ellwood Heiser of McSherrystown, and Carroll Heiser of Hanover.
