Jeff and Jennifer Makepeace, his wife, and their children, Benjamin and Allison, 10 year-old twins, died when their single engine plane crashed during inclement weather near Glenwood Springs, Colorado, on September 15, 2017.
Addison and Benjamin were fourth-grade students at Bauder Elementary School in Fort Collins.
