Jack "Richard" Johnson was born November 20, 1942 in Houston, Texas to Jack and Mary Johnson, and passed away June 8, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, his only child Troy, his sister Joyce and her husband Bob Luke and their son Tim.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn of 36 years and step-sons and their wives Mark and Susan Sanders and Brian and Amber Sanders. He was especially proud to be a grandfather to Taylor, Marshall, Reagan and Riley. He is also survived by his sister Carole and her husband Mike Heckman, nephew Glenn and niece Meredith.
A visitation and service will be held on June 13, 2018 at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas, 77598, beginning at 10:30 a.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00 a.m. A reception will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Reflection Room at Forest Park East Funeral Home. A procession to the graveside service will be leaving at 1:30 p.m. arriving at 2:15 p.m. at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale, Houston, Texas, 77023.
