She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a stillborn daughter, a brother Bill Cundiff and wife Avanel, and by two sisters Barbara and husband Elmer Bauer and Esther and husband Gordon Schroff.
She is survived by two children, Shirley Harrison & husband Bert, Augusta; and Gene Gentry & wife Bev, Farmington, Iowa. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Julie Ressler & husband James, Yates Harrison & wife Diana, Bill Harrison & wife Kelli, David Harrison & wife Julie, Scot Gentry & wife Allison, Tara Lewis & husband Kurt and Clint Gentry & wife Linsday. She has 17 great grandchildren; George Ressler & wife Maria, Samantha Ellsworth & husband Kyle, Lucy Ressler; Miranda, Carlie, Lexi, and Kate Harrison; Ted and Libbie Harrison; Henry and Jack Harrison; Jonas Gentry; Olaiya, Naomi, Matilda, and Lidia Lewis; Simon and Nora Gentry.
After one year of college, Edna taught at Hart School. She was a farm wife all of her married life and lived on the farm until she was 95. She also worked as a clerk at Bill and Harry's Market. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, cross word puzzles, and especially talking about her family. Over the years, she made quilts for both her children and grandchildren. Edna was a member of the Big Spring United Methodist Church where she held various positions and taught Sunday school.
Visitation will be Monday, June 11th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, were funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be at Big Spring Cemetery, Big Spring, Missouri. Memorials may be given to Big Spring United Methodist Church or the cemetery. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
