Anna Mae Sullivan was the daughter of Patrick and Annabell (Fortin) Sullivan. Her first marriage was to James Alfred Nash on August 28, 1917, in Kansas City. They were the parents of a daughter and two sons. By 1934 they divorced and she married Frank Horn, who passed away in 1948. She then married Willis Raymond Nease on September 3, 1955, in Benton, Missouri.

Mrs. Horn passed away on August 2, 1967, at Research Hospital in Kansas City. She was survived by her daughter, Mrs. Katherine Kuzma, of Kansas City; two sons, James Alfred Nash of 9512 Elmwood and John William Nash of the home at 8310 East 92nd; two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Lawson and Mrs. Nora Quinlan, both of Kansas City North, and four grandchildren.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, where Mrs. Horn was a member.
