CARVER, EDWARD E., 89, formerly of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at VA Hospital. He was a native of Big Bend, KY, a World War II Navy veteran and a retired mechanic for Falls City Boatworks. Survivors include his wife, the former Maxine Basham; sons, Jerry (Dorothy), Claude, Robert, Glenn and Kenneth Carver (Lura); three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3-6 p.m. Sunday at Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd., with private burial in Lebanon National Cemetery.
