BOGUS, ADELE G. - age 68 of Lenoir City, passed away early Sunday morning July 2, 2000 at her home. Adele was of the Lutheran faith. She owned and operated Bogus Auto Parts for many years. Adele was preceded in death by her son, Gary Bogus; son-in-law, Dickie Saylor; sister, Marian Allen; brother, Fred Bosesiger. Survivors: daughter, Jane Bogus Saylor with whom she mad her home; sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Jenny Bogus of Knoxville, Gavin and DeAnn Bogus of Lenoir City; grandchildren, Dalton, Gary, Whitney and Justin Bogus, Trey Saylor; special adopted daughters, Denise Overstreet and Tammy Bright; adopted granddaughters, Amanda and Angela Bright; special friend, Helen Henry of Lenoir City; sisters, Jane Brown of Rochelle Park, New Jersey, Fran Borkhuis of Duluth, Minnesota; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-7:45 p.m. Wednesday followed by funeral services at 8 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel Rev. C. Mark Gooden officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Bright, Donnie Lane, Mark Rogers, Jimmy Shubert, Phil Overstreet, A.B. Henry and Jackie Lee. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lake View Mausoleum for graveside services. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Central United Methodist Church, Join The Journey, 201 B Street, Lenoir City, Tenn. 37771.
