Richard C. Lull was the most responsible if not the oldest of four children. He was a life long resident of Elkins, New Hampshire, and had a home at the south end of Lake Pleasant. He worked most of his life at the New London Pharmacy where he was a clerk. He was drafted into the military but returned to Elkins when his service was complete. Richard served as a substitute organist at the closeby Elkins Chapel. He was a member of the American Legion and King Solomon's Lodge No. 14, F. & A.M. in Elkins. This writer was told that Richard disliked political discussion and always voted Republican. He was well liked in the community.

He was survived by his wife, Jennie and his only child, Wanda May (Lull) Wallace, her husband, Neil Wallace, their children and grandchildren.
