Lynch Funeral Service obituary:

Dale Allred Woodall, 82, died May 11, 2018. He was born July 3, 1935, in rural Fannin County. His parents were John Robert “Bob” Woodall and Birdie Cornelius Doyle Woodall.

Dale married Belinda Middleton on June 6, 1964. They were married 54 years, enjoying each other through the good years and the not-so-good years. Dale would have said that they had been married 50 odd years. Some years more odd than others. Their love and commitment only grew sweeter with time.

Dale’s young life was spent farming with his family in the Wolfe City area. He spent most of his adult life in West Texas driving a truck and working for a pipeline. After retirement, Dale and Belinda moved to a small farm near Greenville. They attended Honey Creek Baptist Church and loved their church family.

Dale was survived by his wife. Son, John Dale Woodall and wife, Narce, of Abilene, TX. Daughter, Twyla Sue Young and husband, Mark, of Abilene, TX. Daughter, Tommie Kay Fugate and husband, Tony, of Campbell, TX. Grandchildren, Luke Marshall and wife, Kacey, Suzanna Dale Marshall, Megan Fugate, Richard Woodall, Abraham Woodall, Sylvia Avila and husband Mario and their family. Dale was a devoted husband, a caring father and a much adored grandfather. He will be deeply missed.

Dale was preceded in death by his three brothers, AJ Woodall, JR Woodall, and Truett Woodall. And by his five sisters, BC Woodall, EC Stovall, Georgia Everhart, Betty Fomby and Ruth Hinton. Dale was very close to each of his siblings and cared greatly for their spouses. He loved his many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-nephews.
