Ruth Evelyn Keator, 87, of Bethany Towers, South Pasadena, died Sunday (Dec. 31, 1995) at Convalescent Care Center. She came here in 1948 from her native Kingston, N.Y., and was a clerk for City Fuel Oil Co. for 15 years. Before that, she was a saleswoman at Maas Brothers department store. She attended Pasadena Community Church and helped organize the social events at Bethany Towers. Survivors include a son, Charles F., St. Pete Beach; a daughter, Betty Dasher, South Pasadena; a sister, Zylpha Ford, Mohegan, N.Y.; two brothers, Raymond Garrison, Hyde Park, N.Y.; Vincent Garrison, Wappingers Falls, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
