Mrs. Lillian Beach Yale, 7 of 33 Bliss Street, widow of Edward A. Yale, died at her home Wednesday morning. Born in Coventry, she was a former resident of Bristol and Torrington, and had lived her about six years. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and of the Order of Eastern Star in Torrington.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Egbert E. Hunter, Sr.; a son, Roy B. Yale; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of Hartford. The funeral will be held at the Taylor and Modeen Funeral Home, 233 Washington Street, Friday at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Sidney A. Wallace, canon at Christ Church Cathedral will officiate. burial will be in West Cemetery, Litchfield.
