Rena Elizabeth Neff died Jan. 26 at Memorial Hospital of Texas County.

She was 77 years old. She was born to William and Geneva Ralston (Ralstin) Sept. 20, 1912 in Texas County north of Guymon.

She lived in the Straight and Guymon area most of her life. She was a housewife/homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and fishing.

She was a member of the Straight First Christian Church.

She married Arden Neff July 12, 1935 at Guymon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two children, Glenda and Daryl Neff, and two sisters, Ila Lile and Aleda Reeves.

Survivors include her husband Arden of the home; one daughter, Carole Tate of Oklahoma City; three sisters, Irma Clemans, Ovie Holland and Naomi Cawfield, all of Guymon; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and other relatives.

Funeral services were held Monday at 10:30 a.m. from the Roberts Bros. Funeral Chapel in Hooker.

Interment was in the Barden Cemetery north of Guymon under the direction of Roberts Bros. Funeral Home of Hooker.

The family has requested memorials to go to the Barden Cemetery Fund. Memorials will be accepted at the funeral home.
