RUSSELLVILLE, KY., — Wallace Darel Travis, 73, of Russellville passed away Thursday afternoon May 17, 2018 in the Morgantown Care and Rehabilitation Center after several year’s illness. He was born October 13, 1944 in Central City the son of Winfred Jack Travis and Bertha Mae Travis. He retired from Kraft Foods in Dalton, IL after 34 years and was of the Pentecostal faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents his wife Jo Nell Travis, 1 brother and 3 sisters.
Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery, Rosewood, KY.
He is survived by 1 brother Wayne J. Travis of Livermore, 2 sisters Joyce Dukes of Princeton and Wilma Mann of Crofton, several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation.
