Reverends Mike Mote and Shane Cupples will officiate,
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 PM on Sunday, May 20, 2018 and again from 5 to 8 PM on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Cox Funeral Home, 200 East Noble Street, Oak Grove, Louisiana.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Mildred Lee.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Julie Lee of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter, Torri Lynn Lee of Oak Grove; step son, Tiger Dunn of Oak Grove; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Fran Lee of Oak Grove; sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Daniel Putman of Oak Grove.
Pallbearers are Mick Broadway, Wendell Allred, Adam Plunkett, Shakey Strong, Richard Yates, Chris Helmer, Mitchell Boyte, and Brett Stapleton,
