MRS. J. A. PAULK DIES WEDNESDAY

BROKEN BOW, Aug. 19. --- (Special) --- Mrs. Susie Elizabeth Paulk, aged 61 years, wife of J. A. Paulk, passed away at 4 a. m. Wednesday at the family home here following a month's illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p. m. Thursday from the First Christian church here with Rev. R. A. Highsmith, pastor, officiating. He will be assisted by Rev. Harmon Moore, pastor of the First Baptist church. Interment will be made in Denison cemetery, Idabel, under direction of Coffey Funeral home.

Pallbearers will be C. V. Morgan, Tony Almond, S. A. Hamilton, Sr., Floyd Nestlerode, T. E. Bennett and Paul Dozier.

Mrs. Paulk had resided in Broken Bow the past 30 years. She was an active member of the Christian church.

Besides her husband she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Nell P. Thorn, Ada; Miss Cecil Paulk, Broken Bow; Mrs. Frank Sittel, Jr., McAlester; Mrs. T. D. Almond, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Everett Nestlerode, Los Angeles, Calif.; one grandson, Danny Kay Almond, Oklahoma City; three sisters, Mrs. Fannie Lou Park, Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Grover Grigsby and Mrs. Milton Harper, Broken Bow; one brother, W. W. Edmonds, Negley, Texas.
