Shreveport - Celebration of life services for Mrs. Quishenia Renee Boyd - Burks, 49, will be 12 noon, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 5340 Jewella Avenue, Pastor Orlando Sutton, Sr. officiating.
Interment will follow on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Northwest LA Veterans Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Family hour will be held on Friday from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church.
Mrs. Burks entered into eternal rest on May 10, 2018. She is survived by her husband; Robert Burks, 3 sisters; Verlecsia Sutton, Camilla Pipkins, and Lisa Pipkins, Mother; Jackie Nelson, Father; Vernon Nelson. She also leaves a nephew; Algernon Lee and her dog; Sarge.
