Braulio "Curly" Amavisca saddled his horse for the last time on May 13, 2018 at 6:30 a.m. Braulio was born in Winkelman, Arizona on Christmas Day 1927 to Antonio and Ygnasia Amavisca. Curly was a great man and a proud vet who served in both World War II and the Korean War. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, uncle, nino and friend and he will be greatly missed. Curly is survived by his wife JoAnn Amavisca, 4 children Norma Amavisca, Rita Pina(Jesus), Alfred Aranda (Brenda), Simon Aranda (Nicole), Daughter in law Janai Aranda as well as 11 grandchildren, 6 nieces and many other friends and family members.

Services honoring Curly's life will be held at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Hayden, Arizona on Saturday May 19, 2018. Visitation at 9am, Rosary at 9:30am, Mass of Christian Burial 10am, Burial with Army Military Honors to follow.
