Doris Jean Cochran Landers, 88, of Corydon, died Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Indian Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon. She was born April 14, 1930, in Harrison County, Indiana, to the late Forest and Lucille Pate Wiseman. She was formerly employed at the old New Albany Box and Basket Factory, was a caretaker for many local families, was a member of Cornerstone First Church in New Albany, and attended Highland Avenue Holiness Church in Corydon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert F. Cochran; her brothers, Homer and Carl Wiseman; and her sister, Phyllis C. Carver.

Survivors include her son, Robert Cochran of Corydon; her grandchildren, Travis Cochran (Sonja) and Crystal Brown (Derrick Osborne) both of Corydon; her great grandchildren, Zach, Zane, Austin, Dylan, Aiden, Alivia and D.D.; her great great granddaughter, Blakely Rose; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Rev. Ron Wright and Rev. Danny Goodman will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

Visitation will be from 2:00 '96 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the American Diabetes Association or your favorite Humane Society.

Pallbearers will be Zach and Zane Cochran, Austin and Dylan Brown, Elmer R. Carver and Garry Kitterman.
