Loba T. Buck, 62, Caldwell Route 3, died suddenly this morning. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at a Nampa hospital.
Mr. Buck was born Oct. 8, 1900, at Hartville, Mo. He came to this area as a young man. Mr. Buck served for two years in the United States Marines during World War II. He was married at Kuna Sept. 1, 1949, to Arlene Giese. They lived at their present home since that time. He retired because of ill health in July, 1961, after 22 years with the PFE Shops. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Arlene Buck; a stepson, Jim Giese; and a step daughter, Patricia Giese, all of Caldwell; another stepdaughter, Mrs. Joanne Woolard, San Antonio, Texas, and one sister, Mrs. Ila Newton, Hartville, Mo.
Services will be announced by the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
