Winifred M. Seby, 97, of Lewistown, passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at her residence.

Born Oct. 13, 1920, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Bessie (Carolus) Mowery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Seby, in 1971.

Surviving are: children, Gary Mowery, of Lewistown, Rosalyn Metzger and husband, John, of Lewistown, Ronald Seby and wife, Edith, of Lewistown, and Harry Seby, of Lewistown; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchil- dren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Winifred was a member of Highland Park Presbyterian Church, Yeagertown Fire Company, Owls Club, Fame Fire Company, Junction Fire Company and Golden Age Club.

A funeral service in loving memory of Winifred will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018, at Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan St., with Rev. Helen M. Kester officiating. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service, at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Lind Memorial Cemetery.
