SANDRA "SANDY" S. FERRY, 66, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018, at home surrounded by family. Born in Fort Wayne, Sandy worked with Anchor Room Bookstore for 18 years. She was a member of The Chapel. Sandy loved being with her family and having them all together. She will be greatly missed. Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Michael Ferry of Fort Wayne; daughters, Lisa (Brian) Williams of Terre Haute and Jill (Ryan) Seslar of Fort Wayne; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Herschberger of Peru, Ind.; six grandchildren, Zach (Jessica) Ferry, Jacob Ferry, Joseph Ferry, Hunter Williams, Jackson Williams, and Zackery Case; one great-grandchild, Nora Grace Ferry; sisters, Diane (Terry) Johnson of Fort Wayne and Robin (Ron) Hart of Ossian, Ind.; sister-in-law, Sue (Denny) Tucker of Fort Wayne; and two brothers-in-law, Dan (Karen) Ferry of Fort Wayne and Ken (Brenda) Ferry of Newburgh, Ind.; two beloved fur babies, Daisy and Gabby; many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Sandy was preceded in death by son, Steven Ferry; father, Clair Arnold; and mother, Dolly Arnold. Service is 1 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2018, at The Chapel, 2505 W. Hamilton Road S. with calling one hour prior to the service. Pastor Rick Hawks officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne.
